Popeye7:  I truly believe they have a date set for this to occur, and it has been only known by a few as to when… All of these endless contradictions within the news, as well as the stretching out of this monetary reform process has been fascinating to me…

I came to conclude a number of years ago that there has always been a particular date set for this, and this whole ordeal has been orchestrated… It has had to have been..

The ones who are truly in control of this have ensured that there have been excuses as to why it has not been accomplished… The news does declare to us the progress that has, and is being made…

And I do appreciate, along with many others, the research, and posting that has been going on for our benefit… But lets really examine what has been transpiring with an open mind…
It should have NEVER taken this long…

Are those who truly wield power in this world so incapable as to not have implemented this years ago?… Are they really this inept?… I do not think so!…

Hammy14:   during the so-called “big meeting” in Baghdad on Saturday with the UNSC, an article came out saying that Chapter VII wasn’t even discussed.  According to Delta, this meeting was supposed to be the meeting that gives Iraq the green light to re-enter the international world with a reinstated currency of value, but apparently that didn’t happen.

As we all know, if there are still outstanding issues yet to be resolved involving Chapter VII, there is absolutely no chance of any reinstatement of their currency until those issues are resolved.  I guess my question is what was the meeting in Baghdad about?

Why can’t we find out if Kuwait is still an issue or not.  I think those are reasonable questions at this stage.  I think we were all under the impression Chapter VII was history.  Is it or is it not???????

Samson:  ……”The delegation of the Security Council did not discuss with the President of the Republic the issue of lifting Iraq from Chapter VII, yes, this may be discussed with the Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, “Waeli said in a statement to the newspaper “Middle East” and briefed him.

Samson:  So it could have been discussed and they aren’t showing it to us – YET

Did the Security Council delegation discuss lifting Iraq from Chapter VII?

Advisor to the President of the Republic Sherwan al-Waeli, Sunday, that the delegation of the Security Council, which visited Baghdad yesterday did not discuss the issue of lifting Iraq from Chapter VII.

“The delegation of the Security Council did not discuss with the President of the Republic the issue of lifting Iraq from Chapter VII, yes, this may be discussed with the Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, “Waeli said in a statement to the newspaper “Middle East” and briefed him .

He added that “the subject of the seventh item does not discuss perhaps in this hurry, especially that the meeting is of a political nature, and lifting the remaining restrictions on Iraq in the seventh item needs to technical committees specialized, and there are many details in that, Iraq came out of most of the provisions of Chapter VII and left them with regard to the issue of Kuwaiti compensation, has asked the latter to postpone the subject earlier.

Waeli pointed out that “all members of the Security Council delegation were keen on solidarity and declare stand with Iraq and spare it the repercussions of what may happen in the region of new problems, and did not escape the tension between Tehran and Washington from the meeting, and stressed the need to return Iraq and strongly to the international fold like any stable country” He said.    LINK

Chappy86:  To tip their hand would tell us RI time. Me thinks…jmo

RMF:  IMO  Remember when Kuwait did their RI/RV they said the day before that they were not going to…Maybe Iraq is just trying to throw us a curve ball to hide their true intentions…Maybe this will be the week…finally.
