Iraq responds to the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank are changes in 2017 budget

Khandan – The Ministry of Finance plans to soon make some amendments to the federal budget for the 2017 law, while theprominent sources revealed that these amendments are in response to requests from the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank is dedicated to meet the fiscal deficit.
An official government source told the newspaper “New Morning”, said “the cabinet is determined to make some amendments to the draft budget law for next year.” the source, who preferred anonymity, that ” the procedure was among therecommendations of the international Monetary Fund and World Bank to address the economic crisis.” He explained that ” a series of meetings held with these two international institutions over the past year, the most recent meetings held since the two are very close in theJordanian capital Amman. ”
