Doodlebug: So, Abadi is back home. We are assuming he is home early. I was not privy to his schedule so I can’t confirm nor deny it.
Reasons to come home early?
The meetings either went well or they were not in agreement. Given all the published news, I would say that the meetings went well, and home either early or according to his set schedule. IMO, and my opinion only, I think he came home to arrive on their weekend, so that he could hit the ground running on Sunday.
He has a position to fill as minister of finance which he could sit in and act, or he needs to appoint someone. He also needs to announce a new CBI Gov. along with another handful of ministers.
So lots to do.
Lastly, I think Abadi has front row tickets for when the fat lady is going to get up and sing, thus, his urgency to go home. Lastly, lastly, they are serving cookies for dessert at the end of her concert.

Twilight News religious authority, Sheikh Mohammed al-Yacoubi / said on Thursday that the word Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi before the General Assembly of the United Nations sent letters reassurance to the Iraqi people at home and abroad and to the countries of the world.
He described Yacoubi, in a press statement responded to the Twilight News, the word al-Abadi as “more than wonderful,” noting that it “reflects the accurate diagnosis of the country’s problems and how to get out of them and offer a reformist program of the government.”
He added that the word send “messages of reassurance and confidence to the Iraqi people on the inside, and to the countries of the world that look with eyes wide open to the Iraqi government’s behavior before giving its military, financial and humanitarian assistance.”

World Bank supports the Abadi reforms and pledges to increase its loan to Iraq

World Bank announced on Friday, expressed support financial procedures carried out by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and his intention to expand the loan to cover the deficit budget next year, 2017, and to support the stability of the liberated areas and other provinces.
He also confirmed that the Prime Minister for Financial Affairs Adviser, that the US administration and the International Monetary Fund promised more aid for the reconstruction of liberated areas in Iraq, revealed that there are more affordable to get out of the financial crisis experienced by the country loans.
This came during a meeting between Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, in New York, the President of the World Bank Jim Yong Kim, according to a statement the media to his office, took the “long” version of it, where he praised Kim on “efforts by al-Abadi in spite of the significant challenges faced by Iraq, particularly in the financial field, “stressing that” the World Bank with those efforts and the duty to support Iraq at this stage. ”
Office statement said that “Abadi and Kim emphasized the expansion of the World Bank loan to support the financial budget for the next 2017, and plug in, and support the stability of the liberated areas and other provinces and provide funds for the construction of bridges and water services, electricity, health and others, and the willingness of the World Bank to support more with the liberalization of Mosul” .
As was also agreement on the “speed up the implementation of projects in Basra, water, electricity and infrastructure field and all that is in the province and its citizens service and starting direct projects in the provinces.”
The World Bank expressed “willingness to send experts and support investment in general and religious tourism, including in particular the development and create jobs through the private sector development as well as the expertise to train Iraqi cadres and the development of human development.”
During the meeting, as well, “it agreed that the World Bank provides a study of the growth of the housing sector and the construction of housing units.”
For his part, Prime Minister of Financial Affairs Adviser confirmed the appearance of Mohammed Saleh said that the US administration and the IMF promised more aid for the reconstruction of liberated areas in Iraq, stressing the need for coordination in this aid to speed up the reconstruction of liberated areas from the control of the organization Daesh.
He said the appearance of Mohammed Saleh in an interview with (long-Presse), that “during recent meetings in Washington DC between a number of countries and the Iraqi delegation headed by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, there was a very positive and promises from a number of countries and agencies for the reconstruction of Iraq,” noting that “The Iraqi delegation headed by al-Abadi met with the President of the United States Barack Obama, the two sides touched on several areas, most notably to help Iraq.”
Saleh added that “the US administration has promised that there will be more aid for the reconstruction of liberated areas in Iraq,” noting that “the Iraqi delegation also met with a delegation from the International Monetary Fund, which he showed the other full readiness to help Iraq and stressed that the help it open without borders.”
Saleh said that “there are more soft loans out of the financial crisis experienced by the country,” asserting that “different countries confirmed their assistance to Iraq and should be coordinated in such aid and arrange them in order to accelerate the reconstruction of the areas liberated and also the reconstruction of other regions of Iraq.”
The World Bank announced on Wednesday (September 21 2016), to support financial procedures carried out by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and his intention to expand the loan to cover the deficit year budget next in 2017, and to support the stability of the liberated areas and other provinces, while pledged to carry out service projects in Basra, expressed readiness in general and religious tourism, including in particular the development.
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, arrived on Monday (19 September 2016), to New York City to represent Iraq at meetings of the United Nations General Assembly, where he held meetings notably with the American Presidents series, Barack Obama, a Frenchman, Francois Hollande, and the Jordanian king, Abdullah God second.
It is noteworthy that Iraq has agreed with the International Monetary Fund and World Bank to provide financial umbrella him up to $ 20 billion, to overcome the financial crisis as a result of the sharp decline in oil prices and the war against Daesh. Link
The Currency Reset- My Thoughts and Opinions-Benblessed1
Loved ones, I shared most of this report earlier but I wanted to add a few thoughts that have come to my attention. Not sure about the veracity of the following but I only share the possibility or speculation IMO, but it is at the least a possibility as I believe this reset belongs to Yahweh and His timing is perfect- whether according to what I am sharing – or earlier or later!
Is Iraq International? YEP, (Not publically announced yet but IMF signed off) I do not know but it is like a lava flow- it cannot be stopped in my opinion.
Please remember- do not exchange and deposit in banks except what you need to spend ASAP as sometime soon we will see USA and many banks worldwide must shake down- collapse of sorts and allow the new reality of ASSET BACKED.
Why exchange your solid asset backed currencies for fiat currencies wherever you may live? Where imo, eventually gold and mineral and stock markets will fall in line-(Back down from meteor climbs) to reality of what is asset backed- as the trade agreements will control prices- period!
I really expect some major falls in the stock markets and currency values; so that the new reality of asset backed currencies can be positioned.
In My Opinion, we need to be aware of MASSIVE changes coming to the world’s economic systems, and so we hopefully are due to all the wonderful news and updates here from Frank, BackDoc, MM, PJ, and Thunderhawk; (All very committed believers) but have we planned for an extended shutdown (Say a year- like the lady who had a visitation from Yahshua was told to store food and water for 1 year) or even martial law which some politicians might prefer? I am not fear mongering because we are commanded to ONLY BELIEVE! However, for some it is wisdom to plan ahead for our loved ones.
With asset backed currencies that have been in the making for over a decade (and perhaps some gold and silver) we will or should be able to survive severe financial losses that could lend to chaos for us and our families.
Ideally, we will be prepared and “self-sufficient” growing gardens etc., water wells, and generally supplied in our own homes as well as possible- plan ahead or plan to fail. Stocks crashing and devaluation of currencies world wide- could cause chaos- rioting so be diligent and as the Bible commands us- SOBER AND ALERT- for our enemy walks about seeking whom he MAY devour! (Permission must be granted him by us from disobedience and lack of planning and listening to the Holy Spirit)
Now In My Opinion, if you live in a country whose currency value will soon be increased due to the assets determined by the G-20’s formula- you will have massive growth and opportunity; with increased purchasing power- but if not, you will need to dig in and brace the hopefully temporary storm of financial upheaval.
Some countries, IMO (USA, Canada G.B. etc.), will have their currency values go down Vs. (In the case of the USA likely DRAMATICALLY) other currencies values for trade- meaning higher costs for IMPORTS, but will allow for INCREASED sales of our products as they will be cheaper for other countries to purchase, allowing the return of factories and productivity based on USA ingenuity and insight.
Also, under TPP, (Trans Pacific Partnership Trade Agreement) we will have our intellectual rights protected against thievery from other countries. Under the TPP trade agreement oil prices will be controlled to stay lower- not likely $100 oil. (Likely $55-$75 bbl. for the next few years imo) They will be able to control OPEC and their price gouging.
When Saudi Arabia depegs from the USD (All planned) the USD will- hmm…how do I say this gently? Crash is not a good word- but DEVALUE greatly—along with many countries debts to us—AND OUR COUNTRIES DEBTS! GONE!
Then, as we recover, we start over with a NEW ASSET BACKED CURRENCY – possibly called the TREASURY RESERVE NOTE- likely doing away with the Federal Reserve… all planned- can you see the plan loved ones? Just now media (All news is now pretty much controlled by six corporations) is calling for audits and accountability for the Federal Reserve Bank- owned by the 13 families (Not Federal at all and there is ZERO reserve)
They are willingly doing this as they cannot print money at will anymore based on a new formula agreed to by the G-20.
