[via PDK] I don’t think there is any hold up. I think it is just rolling out…I have a lot of bankers saying it could be $4.81…Some say $4.91…they are saying somewhere in that range the rate is staying constant. I wish someone would just give them the “release” so we were allowed to exchange.
