[via PDK] Question: I wonder if the new IQD rate is still hidden in the budget tables? MarkZ: Article: “Before it’s to late: Sudani calls on the government to send the budget tables immediately” they should have them before the Nov. elections. I believe they have been delayed because they have the new rate in them.
