[via PDK] “Al Rafidain bank announces the direct sale of the dollar to citizens” So they are doing it all at the bank…whether you want dollars or dinar…if you are traveling you will not have to go to a street vender.. This has brought much more stability to the dinar over the last 2-3 days. This is a key sign that they are preparing for the exchange process.
