There is a lot of people out there that don’t think this is ever going to happen and they have a view that it’s going to be sometime next year or years down the road still. This process has been going on for over a year now with Oliver Wyman. This process is now at a level I believe to be an execution phase…They have a stable and flexible and secure banking system.
