Islamic Bank: ready for an international meeting to restore stability to the liberated areas in Iraq
Expressed the Islamic Development Bank President Ahmad Mohamed Ali, Saturday, ready for an international meeting to stabilize the liberated areas in Iraq, while noting that he will have a role to rehabilitate those areas.
Ali said in a joint press conference with Prime Minister Haider al – Abadi and the Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki – moon and World Bank President Jim Yong Kim was held in Baghdad, said that ” the United Nations and the World Bank and the Islamic Bank announced the initiative in the month of October last to mobilize more funding to countries affected area events.”
Ali said, “We will be supportive of the government’s program reformist to this dear country we will cooperate closely, “expressing his readiness” to hold a coordination special meeting for the rehabilitation of liberated areas in Iraq.”
He stressed,” It will be the bank’s important role for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the liberated areas, and we will begin immediately to rehabilitation and reconstruction.
