We cannot rely on Kuwait’s storyline. Kuwait was never ever under sanctions, occupation or limitations other than what Saddam did to them. Plus Kuwait has never really had an Iran problem. Always remember how Kuwait reestablished the Kuwaiti currency. They issued new banknotes… :Sandy Ingram
