Never expect the Central Bank of Iraq to come out and straight up say, ‘Hey guys, we’re going to revalue the currency.’ It would create turmoil within the country of Iraq. It would collapse the country because you would have all these speculators buying up the currency. It would create total chaos. They will never do that.
