If this was going to be a flat redenomination where they chop off the zeros, it’s a net neutral event then why are they being so secretive, so careful, with what they’re saying? Why are they even walking back those comments [about how the decision has been made to delete the zeros]? Historically when countries have redenominated there’s no need to…keep it a secret ahead of time because it’s a net neutral event – you exchange your old notes you have for news note, the value is…the same, you don’t have to keep a tight lid on it. : Stephen
