A few years ago if you would have said the US Treasury is directing Iraq or a US president is influencing the Iraqi political process and telling them who to pick as prime minister that would have been considered highly speculative and considered conspiracy because we didn’t have those facts in front of us…This is no longer speculation. They are literally telling us exactly what they are doing. : Stephen
