Question: “What excited you from the very beginning when you first got involved in this investment and has that excitement grown recently…?” Terrance: What really excited me was when I found out the United States Treasury had given Iraq a walking list and said, ‘get your house in order.’ And then when I learned Oliver Wyman had gone in. That’s when I knew this thing was serious. That’s when I started to accumulate. I examined one of the Iraqi banks back in 2017 and it was a flat-out joke…It didn’t get real for me until I learned the United States Treasury was there and contracted with a couple of different consulting companies to go in and assist them. :Terrance
