Hakim really calls them (the corrupt) out in this speech! He is saying there is no way we will let them slide this time!
This time things are different, the drop in the price of oil has made the difference!
Iraq has always been fat with oil revenues which allowed them to let the bus run and ignore all the things that make a free market, infrastructure, factories, exports and laws!
Not anymore, that bus has run out of gas. I’m hopeful we’ll start to see some meaningful change.
