Tishwash: The UN appoints an international expert in coordination with the Iraqi parliament to build the capacity of its deputies
The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Iraq announced on Monday the appointment of an international expert in coordination with the Iraqi parliament to build the capacity of its deputies.
The program, in a letter to the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Hassan al-Kaabi, it was decided to “bring an international expert to work with the Iraqi Council of Representatives to coordinate with the House of Representatives and to formulate an integrated project document.”
The paper added that “the document includes dialogue sessions to develop all the details related to the objectives to be achieved, including building the capacity of members of Parliament with regard to leaving the traditional budget or budget known as the balance and the transition to start preparing the budget programs and plans and the ability to follow the National Plan for Sustainable Development 2030, To cooperate with the legislative authority on related issues. ”
