chattels: Deputy ruled out for the occurrence of a sectarian war in the region due to the tension between Iran and Saudi Arabia National Alliance. Khalaf said Abdul Samad told all of Iraq [where] I think whatever the tension between Iran and Saudi Arabia, no matter how planned Arabia to ignite sedition in the region do not think the wise people in both Iraq and Iran are resorting to sectarian war or any acts lead to the destruction of the region.
chattels: ‹@ladyfox› There will never be enough money for the corrupt in Iraq.
chattels: Iraq Oil Report @iraqoilreport 8h8 hours ago Record oil exports, but half the money goo.gl/tkK1DO
chattels: Iraqi oil exports averaged just over 3 million barrels per day (bpd) in 2015 – 3.36 million bpd if the autonomous Kurdistan region’s independent exports are included in the tally – making Iraq OPEC’s second-largest producer by a wide margin.Low oil prices have weighed heavily on the country’s finances, however.
ladyfox: @ chattels I agree. what will happen if Iran go international before Iraq?
chattels: ” The Kurdish government will stop delivering oil to the central government in Iraq and will instead export oil independently to make up for its budget shortfalls “, said the chairman of the KRG’s finance and economic affairs Izzat Sabir Ismael told Bloomberg News.
chattels: If true then the oil and gas provision in the Iraqi budget has just been nullified.
ladyfox: CL and the IMF are going to have to be smart and use a bigger plan B with them folks they never get alone or work together so imo Cl just turn it on enough with the crap 😀
chattels: “If the KRG delivers to Baghdad the agreed quantity of 550,000 barrels a day, Baghdad will not be able to pay the KRG its share of the budget — which is about $1 billion a month. So the KRG studied the situation and decided to export oil on its own,” the chairman of the KRG’s finance and economic affairs Izzat Sabir Ismael told Bloomberg News.
ladyfox: @ these folks are holding up the world
Donnie: seems that way
chattels: I doubt that the Kurds will be sending any tariff revenues to Baghdad either.
ladyfox: well of to my last Jan on this job. count down!!! 😎 YOU GUYS HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!
chattels: My sense is that the Kurds are approaching ” self sufficiency ” with their oil exports or at least revenues equal to or greater than funding from Baghdad.
Donnie: or at least doing their best to provide for their people
chattels: ‹@Donnie› There is an element of self protection or advancement as you say.
tourman: I believe if cooler heads do not prevail over there, we can kiss our liquidity hopes goodbye. With Iran and the Saudis giving each other the stink eye and the ongoing political strife in Baghdad. It’s not all rosy as some gurus want us to believe. Of course this IMO only. HEY CHATTELS!
tourman: How is the New Year treating you so far sir?
chattels: I had some hope for this budget law, but …………….. we shall see. This statement is not from some irrelevant MP. It is the the chairman of the KRG’s finance and economic affairs.
chattels: ‹@tourman› I am hopeful always, but my optimism is waning.
chattels: And you ?
tourman: I too have issues with the short term outlook of this speculation. We shall see.
tourman: May the day bless you in your attempts to wrestle with the laws of the lands sir!
chattels: ‹@tourman› tyvm 🙂
chattels: XXXX : But we do also know this. The IMF is refusing to fulfill the 1.2 billions left of dispersement on a loan they approved for Iraq in October 2015 until they fulfill their part of the agreement to complete the currency reform.
chattels: Zebari said in his interview yesterday that the IMF loan proceeds had been received !!!!!!!!!!!
tourman: The $ I would have bought more dinar with is now being used to fulfill my silver stash.
chattels: Or World Bank Loan.
tourman: The IMF gave them the dough already?
] chattels: ” For example we have received help from the International Monetary Fund, and a few days ago we received one billion and 200 million dollars from the World Bank, …………….. ” Post # 2 wealthwatch.world/showthr…
tourman: So they will not disperse the rest until currency reform is implemented. And how close are they to doing just that?
chattels: ” ……….. a few days ago we received one billion and 200 million dollars from the World Bank, ……….. ”
chattels: There may be additional loans I suppose.
tourman: So the IMF reneged
Abraham: No more funds will be given to Iraq until they fulfill their part of the loan agreement. And if they don’t meet the stand by credit arrangements already funded, those loans will be called. That is fact!!!!
chattels: Anyhow, gotta go. 🙂
SWSD: So here we are 2 days after the ‘long’ weekend, and it looks like Ole Poopsi was wrong again.
