There are millions who own [Iraqi dinars] in [the United States] alone…The retail banking system has to physically accept you, make an appointment, have you come in, inspect your currency, count it, certify it, verify it and then exchange it and then deposit the money into your account. They need time. So personally I think it’ll be the dinar first, then there’ll be a pause between two to four weeks and then all the other [currencies -Vietnam, Indonesia and Venezuela] will go at once.
