They can’t work on any of the old long-awaited stuff because they’re done. They’ve gone as far as they can go right now…HCL, Article 140, pseudo ’26 budget, the ’27 budget, everything in Iraq is clearly waiting for the rate to change before they can move forward. :Jeff
